Yes. Whova Event App.

You will receive an invitation to access Whova Events, our in-person event app, approximately 3–4 weeks before the event. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
The email will appear as follows:

Accessing the Whova Event App
Step 1: Download Whova Events from the App Store or Google Play.
Step 2: Enter the email address used to register for Humanoids Summit.
Step 3: Define a password and complete your profile to finish setting up your account.
STEP 4: Join the Humanoids Summit Tokyo 2026 community.

From the lobby, take the escalators to the 2nd floor. Follow the signage, the on-site registration desk will be right in front of the escalators.
Please have your QR Code ready to make your check-in faster!

First stop, Registration Desk, where you will receive your conference badge. Badges must be worn at all times to gain entry to the conference and exhibit hall. No one will be allowed entry without a proper badge identification.

No, the event is fully paperless. Please bring a phone, tablet, or laptop to access all program materials and digital features.

The event is intended for a professional audience. Admission is limited to attendees aged 18 and above, unless prior written approval is granted. Approved minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

We aim to share as many presentations as possible after the event. However, due to proprietary content and company policies, some sessions may only be available live.

VIP ticket holders receive exclusive access to the VIP Reception on Day 1 (May 28). The reception includes drinks, chef-prepared hors d’oeuvres, and a more private setting for networking with speakers, founders, and partners.

The VIP Reception takes place on Day 1 (May 28) from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Takanawa Gateway Convention Center, 2nd floor.

Your VIP status will be indicated on your Whova profile and on your conference badge. You will also receive a colored lanyard identifying you as a VIP. Please keep your badge visible at all times.

The VIP Reception is open to VIP ticket holders only. Access is non-transferable and limited to attendees with valid VIP credentials.

Yes, parking is available at the Times Parking Lot (B1F). Both P1 North and P2 South lots are equally close to the venue. For more details, please visit: https://www.takanawagateway-city.com/en/access/

The venue is located at Takanawa Gateway Convention Center and is directly accessible via JR Takanawa Gateway Station (Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines). The station is a short walk from the venue.
