• Violate any international, federal, state, or local laws or regulations.

• Transmit any harmful or malicious code.

• Reproduce or exploit any content without our express written permission.

All content, trademarks, and logos on the Humanoids Summit website are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

6. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

All payments are processed securely through authorized platforms.
Refunds follow this policy:

• 90 days or more before the event: 100% refund (minus processing fees).

• 60–90 days before the event: 50% refund (minus processing fees).

• 60 days or fewer before the event: non-refundable.

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you may request a full refund or transfer your ticket to the new date

7. Ticket Transfers

Each ticket may be transferred once to another person with prior written notice. No additional transfers are allowed.

8. Photo and Video Release

By attending the Humanoids Summit, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used by the Organizer and its partners for promotional or archival purposes without additional notice or compensation.
If you prefer not to appear in such media, notify us in writing at least seven days before the event.

9. Age Restrictions

Admission is limited to attendees aged 18 and above unless otherwise approved in writing.

• Ages 12–18: eligible for a 50% ticket price discount if approved.

• Under 12: may attend for free if approved and accompanied by a registered adult guardian.
  All minors must remain under adult supervision at all times.

10. Code of Conduct and Safety

We expect professional and respectful conduct from all participants. We reserve the right to deny or revoke entry to anyone engaging in harassment, disruption, or unsafe behavior, without refund.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, or government restrictions.

12. Liability Disclaimer

The Humanoids Summit and its affiliates provide services “as is” and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability is limited to the ticket price paid.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Humanoids Summit, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your actions, misuse of the website, or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. International Users

By accessing our website, you agree to comply with all local laws in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that our services are appropriate or available everywhere.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or event participation without notice for violations of these Terms or unsafe conduct.
