  • Yes. Whova Event App.

  • Please expect an invitation to log into Whova Events, our in-person event app 3-4 weeks prior to the event. The email will look like below. Please check your Spam folder if you don’t find it.

  • Accessing the Whova Event App

    STEP 1: Download Whova Events from the App Store or Google Play

    STEP 2: Enter the email address used to register for Humanoids Summit 

    STEP 3: Define a password and complete your profile to finish setting up your account

    STEP 4: Join the Humanoids Summit Tokyo 2026 community

  • From the lobby, take the escalators to the 2nd floor. Follow the signage, the on-site registration desk will be right in front of the escalators. 

    Please have your QR Code ready to make your check-in faster!

  • First stop, Registration Desk, where you will receive your conference badge. Badges must be worn at all times to gain entry to the conference and exhibit hall. No one will be allowed entry without a proper badge identification.

  • We’ve gone paperless! Please bring a phone, tablet, and/or laptop to take advantage of all the virtual and digital benefits.

  • The event is intended for a professional audience. Admission is limited to attendees aged 18 and above, unless prior written approval is granted. Approved minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

  • Please note that we do our best to share as many presentations as we are able to, but due to unpublished/proprietary content and company policy, some speaker presentations may only be available as live presentations.

  • VIP ticket holders receive exclusive access to the VIP Reception on Day 1 (May 28th). The reception will have drinks and light snacks.

  • The VIP Reception takes place on Day 1, May 28th, at the Takanawa Gateway Convention Center from 6:00pm-8:00pm. The exact location within the venue will be shared on-site.

  • Your VIP status will be indicated on your Whova profile and conference badge. You will receive a colored lanyard to identify you as a VIP. Please ensure your badge is visible at all times.

  • The VIP Reception is an exclusive event open to VIP ticket holders only. Attendance is non-transferable and limited to those with valid VIP credentials.

  • The summit will be held at the Takanawa Gateway Convention Center, located at <insert address>

  • We recommend checking local transit options for the most convenient routes to the Takanaway Gateway Convention Center. Plan your trip in advance for smooth travel.

  • Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa, located 0.xx meters from the venue, offers corporate rate room blocks for exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers. Book with the Attendee Corporate Rate Link. 

  • Book using the unique reservation link provided or please contact (insert phone number) the hotel directly. The Humanoids Summit Planning team does not utilize any third party booking service.
