  • Whova Event App

  • Please expect an invitation to log into Whova Events, our in-person event app the week of May 4. The email will look like below. Please check your Spam folder if you don’t find it.

  • Accessing the Whova Event App

    • STEP 1: Download Whova Events from the App Store or Google Play

    • STEP 2: Enter the email address used to register for Humanoids Summit to receive your personalized login link

    • STEP 3: Define a password and complete your profile to finish setting up your account

    • STEP 4: Join the Humanoids Summit Tokyo 2026 community

  • REGISTRATION / CHECK-IN DESK:
    Coming from the escalator, the registration desk will be in front

    Please have your QR Code ready to make your check-in faster!

  • First stop, Registration Desk, where you will receive your conference badge. Badges must be worn at all times to gain entry to the conference and exhibit hall. No one will be allowed entry without a proper badge identification.

  • We’ve gone paperless! Please bring a phone, tablet, and/or laptop to take advantage of all the virtual and digital benefits.

  • Yes, children 12 years and up are permitted to attend with a registration. They must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Please note that we do our best to share as many presentations as we are able to, but due to unpublished/proprietary content and company policy, some speaker presentations may only be available as live presentations.

  • We recommend checking local transit options for the most convenient routes to the Takanaway Gateway Convention Center. Plan your trip in advance for smooth travel.

  • Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa, located 0.xx meters from the venue, offers corporate rate room blocks for exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers. Book with the Attendee Corporate Rate Link. 

  • Book using the unique reservation link provided or please contact (insert phone number) the hotel directly. The Humanoids Summit Planning team does not utilize any third party booking service.
