EXHIBITOR SHIPPING & DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS PAGE
Below is a list of delivery companies partnered with Takanawa Gateway, no prior permit application is required when using these service companies. Pre-delivered items will incur a storage fee. Up to three items are free; from the fourth item, a fee of ¥500 (excluding tax) per item applies. If shipment is delivered on May 27th, no fee will be charged. If not using the delivery companies listed below, items cannot be delivered in advance, and the shipping company must deliver items directly to the designated room using the delivery route, requiring prior vehicle registration.
Return Shipping: Shipping providers Yamato or Sagawa Express using a collect-on-delivery shipping label do not need to request pickup. Gather everything in one place, and the venue will arrange for pickup the next day. For all other couriers, exhibitors are responsible for arranging pickup.

Ensure that each package is labeled clearly with your company name and the total number of packages indicating its sequence (e.g., 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.). This will facilitate smooth processing and organization upon arrival, helping to streamline the setup process for your booth.
Important Note: If you choose not to use the venue's preferred shipping and delivery partners, you may bring equipment or materials in using your own vehicle on move-in day. Please note that delivery times are strictly enforced within a 30-minute window, and all loading and unloading must follow venue procedures. To schedule your arrival and receive loading/unloading instructions, contact AAA Communications prior to setup day.
