Welcome to the Humanoids Summit Sillicon Valley 2025!
We are excited to have you as a speaker at the world’s first event
dedicated solely to humanoid robotics. Below are the essential
details to ensure a smooth and impactful experience.

SPEAKER ESSENTIALS
1. Headshot & Bio
Headshot : Please submit a high-resolution headshot (minimum
300 DPI) in JPEG or PNG format. This will be used in marketing
materials and the event guide.
Bio : Provide a concise, 100-word biography that highlights your
relevant experience, current role, and notable achievements.
2. Session Information
Title : Clearly define your session title.
Abstract : Submit a 100-150 word session abstract outlining the
key points, value, and takeaways for the audience.

The Humanoids Summit features various session formats to
enhance engagement and foster knowledge exchange among
participants.
This section outlines the different types of sessions available,
including keynotes, panel discussions, and interactive workshops.
Each format is designed to optimize audience interaction and
maximize the value of your presentation. Below, you’ll find
essential details about the green room for speakers, including
location, amenities, and technical support, ensuring you are
well-prepared for your session.
1. Keynote & Individual Presentations
Purpose: Keynote and individual presentations offer thought
leaders a chance to share insights, trends, and breakthroughs in
humanoid technology. This format is designed to inspire the
audience with compelling narratives and expert knowledge that
can shape the future of the industry.
Format: 20 minute presentations, including a Q&A session.
Preparation: Please check in the green room 20 minutes before
your session. A technician will assist with mic setup and ensure
everything is in place.
Microphone: You will be provided with a behind-the-ear
microphone for comfortable, hands-free speaking.
Presentation Format: Presentations should be in Microsoft
PowerPoint (native format, not converted from Apple Keynote or
other software) with an aspect ratio of 16:9.
Videos: Ensure all videos in your presentation are properly
embedded and tested.
Additional Info: A clicker will be provided for slide advancement,
and a speaker-facing countdown timer will help manage time.
Presentations must be submitted on or before December 9, 2025
and bring a backup copy on a USB stick.
2. Fireside Chats
Purpose: Fireside chats provide an intimate setting for candid
conversations between a moderator and a featured speaker.
This format aims to explore personal stories, industry challenges,
and visions for the future in a relaxed and engaging manner,
promoting a deeper understanding of the humanoid landscape.
Format: An informal, conversational-style session lasting 20-30
minutes with a single moderator and speaker.
Preparation: Arrive at the green room 20 minutes before your
session for mic setup and briefing.
Microphone: Behind-the-ear microphones will be provided for
both the speaker and moderator.
Discussion Topics: The moderator will share questions
beforehand, but feel free to suggest any specific topics you want
3. Startup Pitches
Purpose: This session type allows emerging startups to showcase
their innovative ideas and solutions in a fast-paced environment,
directly engaging with potential investors. Each pitch provides a
platform for startups to articulate their vision and gain valuable
feedback.
Format: Each startup will have a 7-minute pitch followed by a
3-minute Q&A session with a panel of investors.
Preparation: Arrive at the green room 20 minutes before your
session for mic setup and briefing.
Microphone: A lightweight behind-the-ear microphone will be
provided for a hands-free experience.
Presentation Format: Presentations should be in Microsoft
PowerPoint (native format, not converted from Apple Keynote or
other software) to ensure the format remains intact.
Videos: If your presentation includes videos, please ensure they
are embedded properly and tested beforehand.
Additional Info: A clicker will be provided to advance your slides,
and a countdown timer will be visible on stage to help manage
your time. Ensure your pitch deck is pre-loaded on a USB, and
also share a copy with us via email on or before December 9,
2025.
4. Panels
Purpose: Panels facilitate dynamic conversations among a diverse
group of experts. This format encourages interactive discussions on
relevant topics, allowing panelists to share their perspectives and
engage with the audience on critical issues in humanoid
development and research.
Format: Panels will feature 3-5 speakers and a moderator. The
session will last 30-40 minutes, including Q&A.
Preparation: Arrive at the speaker green room 20 minutes before
your session.
Microphone: All panelists will be mic’d up with behind-the-ear
microphones or handheld.
Moderation: The moderator will coordinate with you prior to the
session to align on key discussion points. Please review the
questions provided in advance.
5. Breakout Sessions
Purpose: Breakout sessions offer an interactive format where
speakers can present specialized content to a smaller, more
targeted audience. This environment encourages direct
engagement, open discussions, and hands-on learning on specific
topics within humanoid robotics.
Format: Each breakout session will last 20 minutes, including an
optional Q&A to foster audience participation and deeper
insights. The layout is designed for an informal, workshop-style
interaction, allowing attendees to ask questions throughout or
after the presentation.
Preparation: Arrive 20 minutes prior to your breakout session. Our
tech team will assist with any setup requirements to ensure a
smooth experience.
Presentation Format: Presentations should be in Microsoft
PowerPoint (16:9 aspect ratio). If your session includes videos,
ensure they are embedded and tested in advance.
Microphone: Speakers will be mic’d on a handheld.
Additional Support: A dedicated event assistant will be on hand in
the breakout room to help facilitate discussions, distribute
handouts if needed, and manage Q&A logistics. If you have
materials to share, please submit them on or before December 9,
ROOM DETAILS
Location
The Green Room for speakers is conveniently located next to the
stage, providing easy access to the stage and a space to prepare.
It will be accessible throughout the event hours, allowing speakers to
enter and exit as needed before and after their sessions.
Amenities
The Green Room is designed to ensure your comfort and help you
prepare in a relaxed environment. It includes:
Refreshments: A variety of beverages, including water and
light snacks, will be available throughout the day.
Comfortable Seating: Ample seating is provided for you to
relax or review your materials.
Private Spaces: There are private areas designated for any
last-minute preparations before your presentation.
Tech Support
Our dedicated AV team will be on-site in the Green Room to ensure
a smooth technical experience. They are available to assist with:
Microphone Setup: Wireless microphones will be tested and
adjusted for your comfort prior to your stage time.
Presentation Testing: You will have the opportunity to run through
your presentation on our equipment to ensure compatibility,
whether using slides, videos, or any other digital media.
Technical Assistance: Should you require any additional technical
support, our AV staff will be on hand to address any issues quickly
and efficiently, ensuring a seamless presentation.
Feel free to reach out with any special requirements you might need
before or during the event, and we’ll make the necessary
arrangements to support you.

Panels & Fireside Chats
Behind-the-ear microphones will be used. Ensure you arrive in the
speaker room at least 30 minutes prior to get mic'd up and
perform a sound check
Keynote & Presentations
All keynote speakers will also be provided with behind-the-ear
microphones for a comfortable and hands-free experience. A
countdown timer and monitor will be on stage to ensure you stay
within your allotted time.
Startup Pitches
A behind-the-ear microphone will also be provided for pitch
presentations, and you will be able to advance your slides using a
remote clicker.
Arrival Time
We recommend all speakers to arrive at the venue 1 hour before
their scheduled session to allow time for check-in, mic setup, and
any last-minute coordination.
Session Materials
Please submit all session materials (presentations, slide decks,
videos, etc.) in Microsoft PowerPoint (native format, not
converted from other software). The presentation must be
submitted on or before December 9, 2025 and a backup should
be brought on a USB stick.
Q&A Time
All sessions will allocate time for audience Q&A. Please prepare
accordingly.
